Maintenance / Repair
Our services include the following:

- Breakdowns (we have short term rental air compressors to attend your needs while your unit is being repaired)
Useful Tips & Advice
To prevent unnecessary breakdowns and costs on your compressor; and increase the live span of your compressor.
- Oil levels and colour of oil
- Drain water from receiver
- Listen for unusual noises and vibrations
- Oil leaks on compressor
- Air leaks in your system
- Switch off your compressor after hours, air is expensive
Service intervals
- A new compressor should be serviced at 500h to drain all excess partials from the system. Very important to do this service
- After the 500h service your compressor should be serviced every 1500h
- 1500h can be worked back to Months = every 6 months you need to service
