Our Services

As part of our commitment to meeting customer expectations and delivering the best possible customer experience we have a professional team of expertly trained technicians to assist our customers with the servicing and maintenance of air compressors, onsite or offsite, in the event of a failure on any of our compressed air equipment. Because we understand the importance of routine preventative maintenance on all types of compressed air equipment in order to ensure its dependability and longevity, our service offering also includes preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance services to maximise the reliability and availability of equipment and systems.

Maintenance / Repair

We supply and install new equipment and handle factory air reticulation installations. Our services include servicing all types of compressors, rebuilding air ends, replacing bearings, and rewiring motors for 220V, 380V, and 525V systems. We also assist with various electrical requirements, including rewiring control panels and converting units from electronic to electrical systems. In addition, we attend to breakdowns and offer short-term rental air compressors to support your operations while your unit is being repaired.

Useful Tips & Advice

To prevent unnecessary breakdowns and costs on your compressor and to increase the lifespan of your equipment, regular checks are important. Monitor the oil levels and the colour of the oil, drain water from the receiver, and listen for any unusual noises or vibrations. Inspect the compressor for oil leaks and check your system for air leaks. It is also recommended to switch off your compressor after hours, as compressed air is expensive and unnecessary running can increase operating costs.

Service intervals

A new compressor should be serviced at 500 hours to drain all excess particles from the system. It is very important that this initial service is carried out. After the 500-hour service, the compressor should then be serviced every 1500 hours. This interval generally works out to approximately every six months, meaning your compressor should be serviced twice a year to maintain optimal performance and reliability.
